World is growing too faster. Enough challenges come in everyone's life. Struggle is a part of life. There are too many people depressed in the present world. There is a tremendous need to find out mental peace. Most people don't understand what the inner peace is.

Before reading this blog, you guys may think what is the need of inner peace? You may also have a thought in mind like - We don't want inner peace, because we want to be active and alive. You may be afraid that it might make you passive and take all the fun from your life. You may also prefer your mind to be active and restless, not calm.

Inner peace means there is no space for overthinking and too much analyzing of every situation. It means no running from one thought to another, constantly thinking about some past incident, no constant dwelling on hurts and what people said or did. It means no waste of time and energy on unimportant and meaningless thoughts.

Don't you think its better than being stressed, anxious with your mind constantly running from one thought to another?

The general and the most common step people think about relaxation is simply lie down on bed and just watch T.V. Well, that will reduce stress, but not to a great extent. One can simply do some sort of exercises, yoga or play some outdoor games.

The most fascinating technique, which I personally believe, to reduce stress and keep myself alive, is sitting alone in silence, listen to the music. Travelling is also one of the best technique to give rise to our inner peace, awaken the thriller inside you and give rise to new desires. Keeping yourself away from the worldly activities for a while will surely rejuvenate you and give you a new essence of living ! The best thing I like about coastal areas is, listening to the sound of waves and feel the fresh air. More interesting part is - ' you have to come aside of the worldly environment to enjoy it..! '    

Life is short instead. Why should we waste our time and energy on the wrong things and wrong people. Just enjoy the life however it is. Let the situations come, try finding out new ways and stay away from the materialistic world and careless people. Let us try making our life large enough, rather hoping for long one.

Yes...we all come across many people. We interact with each other,but these interactions won't be same all the time with everyone we meet. Some bondings becomes good enough to get a layer of toppings of mischievousness. 'Annoyance' there, makes space for love !

   
We always try to get that someone special, with whom we wanna spend some quality time, share our talks, share our knowledge and even share our daily routines. Can you just imagine how lucky are those who have got some peaceful ears to listen to their souls, except one's family!!? Well, these would be very easy for some, while it becomes quite difficult for many of us.

       
It becomes really tough when there's no one to listen to your stories. There should be a good relation with everyone. Good relation doesn't means always to be of a sweet, humble kind. A good healthy relation is full of joy, sorrows and emotions. In short, relation should be in a way that makes you feel free enough to share all your views.

      
Lucky are those who have really got FRIENDS who they really admire, the one who they have thought of. Some people who come in our life just gets close enough within a small span of time, that we don't even want to lose them anymore. Even, the mistakes and faults in them becomes blur enough, infront of their smile. But, at the same time, their ignorance hurts you a lot. It becomes nearly impossible to get rid off that scars.

          We live in a loud and distracting world, where silence is increasingly difficult to come by and that may be negatively affecting our health. Think about it: How many moments each day do you spend in total silence?

       

          Rabindranath Tagore, the great Indian poet, said, “Every day wash your soul in silence.” What a good thought that is!

      

          I believe there is a great power in silence. It feels up the mind with positivity. Making out time for silence is making time for yourself, which is one of the best way to invest your time. No matter how hard you work, what struggles you make, you will feel free if only if you make time for yourself.

         

          It's quiet interesting to live alone for a while. Many thoughts runs in your mind. Your mind automatically tries to find the answers for your each questions, by giving you several alternatives. Only thing you need is to make a choice. That choice completely depends on you. That's the reason why it's said - Silence gives the answer !

       

         Being in silence makes me feel and realize each and every moments. You can just feel the magic in the air. Your mind just fills by positivity and you become ready for accepting challenges.If you want to master pressure, I would urge you to yield yourself everyday to the silence of God.Every family should have a quiet time every day. Everyone in business or in any place of work, could well have a quiet time each day in his office. Just shut the door, push the papers aside, and be silent.

        

         A person communing with the silence will hear right things in it and find new peace.That's the reason why I prefer to live alone many times, apart from the crowd. That's one of the thing I enjoy completely !

'Loneliness' - thing I love the most.May be it's strange thing for many of you reading this article. By the way, I have to take this time out, for the things I have experienced, and things that haven't occurred yet. 

 
 Staying alone isn't terrible for me. I remember one of my major decision to go Kota after my 10th standard for higher studies. My another decision connected to it was to stay alone. I was all set to stay alone in the city to study, in a single room without sharing it with anyone. I didn't have any idea about the place I was going to. I was accompanied by my mom and dad. When I reached the city, the same evening I was left alone. That same evening I have cried harder and harder in the room - thing I have never talked about to anyone. Blaming on my own decisions...but, had a fear of quiting my studies too. But after few days I became quite comfortable there. My own decisions taught me not to lose hope. Though I got a failure, I'm still happy for the decisions I took, because it taught me how to stay alone with peace. It made me more stronger within.

I still prefer to stay alone and do the things I'm interested in. That's my way of seeking happiness. Moreover, when you are alone, many times you get depressed. I swear.., I even don't know how sometimes I get motivated without any reason, just thinking about the situations I have been through.

Believe in yourself. There's a long way to go ahead. Take your time. Make room for yourself and run with your own pace.

From a long time,I felt like I was watching the flow of life. The way it goes. Too scared of jumping in and have fun. I was like waiting for the right time to jump into.

I didn't want to jump until success was guaranteed. Decisions which I made always gives me a goosebumps.Whatever the decisions may be,we always want to succeed. Yeah,same thing was with me too. I got quite disappointed when I couldn't succeed. You just can't blame it on others for that. I make lot of mistakes. I get annoyed on myself too. Yet, I have lots of things which I have experienced. Happy for those. Happy for my decisions,for it gave me experience and maturity at an early ages.

Situations and circumstances teaches us a lot. People's behavior also gets added up.These days a small achievement is like a pleasure.I may say - hope rather than to expect more from ourselves. There is difference between hope and expectations.Hope is basically a wishful thinking. It's about dreams,but there is a feeling of uncertainty revolving around it. Expectations involves probability.

     
You will surely get a lot of chances,make an optimum use of it and stay happy.
