Key to get out of stress !

I think, I don't need make you believe that most of us get so nervous and worry at times while working on something new, talking to strangers or even while doing our regular activities. If you don't get nervous, that's a good positive thing in you. Nervousness may have multiple reasons.  

Not every person you meet may accept you, they may even bully you instead. They may not show signs of positivity for you trying new things from your side. It's difficult to say if they expect something from you or not. Depends on the crowd, whether it's already a known one or totally unknown to you.

They may try to suppress you and let you down. They may try to make you lose your confidence. Thereby not even letting you dream once more. Because when you loose your confidence, your mind get disturbed and you are not in a state to take a step further.

Its totally fine, to laugh at yourself, at your own mistakes. This is what keeps you in move, rather being stuck in a place for a long time. If we notice, there is nothing wrong to say that world is divided into two types of people. One category is of those who feel free to laugh at themselves and another is of those who are bit secured and serious about their lifestyle. Its pretty surprising that scientific studies on good health have proved that people who laugh out at their own mistakes, at their lose, seems to be more healthier.

Some of you may think - how stupid act it is to laugh out at your own mistakes. Let me clear, laughing at yourself is all fine, it will always keep you going. But, learning from that mistake will definitely boost you up ! It's the attitude of we people to take things too seriously. Yes, I understand, its a necessary to be serious at times. But, when the things are only up to you and not affecting the people around and most importantly, it's stopping you from within, you are all free to lose your seriousness to move ahead and get rid out of those hard times. Crack out in those situations. It's nothing weird doing that.

Health Scientists even say - It boosts your short term memory ! Now, that's something important. Don't you think so? If you take couple of minutes to think logically, you'll find its definitely true ! Because, laughing makes you lose your worries and helps you live in present. Now being at present, always keeps your mind fresh and healthy. Therefore, boosting up your memory.

So, hope you guys always keep smiling and laughing. Enjoy your days and have lots of fun. Spend times with your loved ones, your family and friends. One thing I would like to say - " Point out your mistakes and get your reasons to laugh ! "
